Shipping

We do our best to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours. Depending on location shipping takes anywhere from 1 day to 5 business days.

All duties and tariffs to the USA are fully covered by StrollAir.

Warranty

StrollAir strollers are crafted from the highest-quality materials and manufactured under strict quality control standards. We stand behind our products 100% and offer one of the best customer service experiences in the industry.

We guarantee each product, or any part of it, against faulty manufacturing for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

To receive warranty service, strollers must be registered within 90 days of the purchase date.

Defective products or parts will be replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Please refer to your instruction manual for guidance on proper assembly, maintenance, and use.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased directly from StrollAir.com.

To begin a return, please contact us first for approval and instructions. After receiving authorization, the item must be shipped back to us.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All returned items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is not refundable.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may result in a refusal of refund.

Only purchases made on StrollAir.com qualify for returns under this policy.
If your item was purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly and follow their return guidelines.
We are unable to process returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds for products purchased outside of StrollAir.com.
